Hi, I’m Madison, the founder of BUBBLES Mobile Bar Service.
I started BUBBLES Mobile Bar because I believed every drink could be better. I got my first restaurant job at 18 and never really left hospitality. After more than a decade of bartending across Southern California, one thing kept standing out: the bar was always an afterthought. Batch mixes, artificial flavors, the same tired setup at every event. Nobody was treating drinks with the same care as the food, the flowers, or the venue. BUBBLES Mobile Bar was built to change that.
Everything we serve is made from scratch in our certified commercial kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients, zero artificial additives, and house-made syrups and juices pressed to order. Whether it's a custom cocktail menu for a wedding in Newport Beach or an elevated mocktail experience for a corporate event in Irvine, every detail is intentional. I've traveled internationally specifically to explore local ingredients and spirits, and that passion for what's real shows up in every pour.
