Fresh Off the Market: A Farmers Market Bridal Shower in Tustin, CA
There’s something special about creating a cocktail menu that feels like it was made for the celebration — because it was.
For this beautiful farmers market-themed bridal shower in Tustin, California, we created a custom “Fresh Off the Market” cocktail menu centered around fresh-pressed seasonal produce, house-made syrups, fresh herbs and handcrafted garnishes.
Every drink was designed specifically for the celebration, and the fresh ingredients fit perfectly alongside all of the thoughtful farmers market details the family incorporated throughout the day.
The Perfect Pear
One of the standouts from the menu was The Perfect Pear, made with fresh-pressed pear juice, house-made sage syrup and sparkling water, with the option of vodka or gin.
The combination of fresh pear and sage was amazing and felt like the perfect transition from summer into fall. We finished each cocktail with a pear garnish that we dehydrated in-house for an extra seasonal touch.
That’s one of my favorite parts of what we do at BUBBLES Mobile Bar. From pressing the fruit to making our syrups and preparing garnishes, so much of what goes behind the bar is made by hand specifically for each event.
A Private Pre-Event Cocktail Tasting
Before the bridal shower, the family also booked a private tasting with BUBBLES.
It gave us a chance to meet in person, walk through the event space, decide exactly where the bar would be set up and, of course, taste the cocktails together.
The tasting was such a nice part of the planning process because we were able to make adjustments ahead of time and make sure the flavors and overall menu felt exactly right for their celebration.
