We’re officially bringing BUBBLES to Huntington Beach!
This September marks an exciting new chapter for BUBBLES Mobile Bar as we join Surf City Nights in Downtown Huntington Beach for the first of many farmers markets and community events.
We’re starting as a business booth, giving us the opportunity to meet our local community, share samples and introduce more people to what makes BUBBLES different: fresh ingredients, house-made mixers and our farm-to-glass approach to cocktails and mocktails.
And there’s even more coming soon.
From Mobile Bar to Farmers Market
BUBBLES started as an Orange County mobile bar specializing in fresh-pressed cocktails and mocktails for weddings, private parties, corporate events and celebrations.
As the business has grown, so has our love for creating the ingredients behind the bar.
Fresh-pressed juices. House-made syrups. Dehydrated fruit garnishes. Flavored cocktail salts.
They’ve always been an important part of the BUBBLES experience, and soon, you’ll be able to take some of them home.
Fresh-Pressed Cocktail Mixers Coming Soon
We recently received approval from the Orange County Health Department to expand what we can offer at local markets, and we’re working toward bringing a collection of BUBBLES products to upcoming events.
Our farmers market lineup will include:
Fresh-pressed bottled cocktail and mocktail juices
House-made cocktail syrups
Flavored cocktail salts
Dehydrated citrus and fruit garnishes
The idea is simple: bring the same fresh, thoughtfully made ingredients we use behind the BUBBLES bar into your home.
Whether you're making cocktails for friends, creating an alcohol-free mocktail or simply want a fresh mixer to top with sparkling water, we're excited to make the BUBBLES farm-to-glass experience something you can enjoy beyond our events.

For now, you can find us at Surf City Nights on Tuesdays in Downtown Huntington Beach, where we'll be passing out samples, meeting potential clients and sharing more about our mobile cocktail and mocktail services.
As an Orange County small business, getting out into the community and meeting people face-to-face is something we've been looking forward to — and having our very first market booth together made this one especially memorable.
This may be our first farmers market, but it definitely won't be our last.
