BUBBLES Mobile Bar recently had the opportunity to provide our fresh-pressed mocktail experience at the Lake Forest Community Center in Lake Forest, California for a beautiful 65th birthday celebration. With a daytime event and guests of all ages, a fresh, elevated alcohol-free menu was the perfect fit.
A Fresh-Pressed Mocktail Menu
For this celebration, we served two refreshing signature mocktails made with fresh ingredients and house-made components:
Watermelon Basil Mocktail
Fresh-pressed watermelon, lime, house-made basil syrup and sparkling water.
Cucumber Lime Mint Mocktail
Fresh cucumber, lime, house-made mint syrup and sparkling water.
Both drinks were prepared with BUBBLES' signature farm-to-glass approach, focusing on fresh produce, house-made ingredients and thoughtful garnishes rather than bottled juices and overly sweet mixers.
The result was a colorful, refreshing mocktail bar that felt just as special as a traditional cocktail experience — no alcohol necessary.

One of our favorite parts of BUBBLES is being able to bring a complete bar experience to so many different types of venues throughout Orange County.
Because this celebration was held at a City of Lake Forest facility, the venue required proof of insurance as part of the event process. BUBBLES is fully insured and prepared to provide the documentation required by many community centers, event venues and professional properties.
