We've been having so much fun connecting with the Huntington Beach community, introducing people to our handcrafted beverages, and sharing what makes the BUBBLES experience so special.
Every Tuesday, we bring something fresh to sample, giving visitors a little taste of the ingredients and creativity that go into our signature cocktails and mocktails.
And this past week, we decided to get a little festive for Halloween!
A Spooky Twist on a Fresh Piña Colada 🎃
For our Halloween-inspired mocktail, we created a colorful twist on a tropical favorite: the Spooky Piña Colada!
Instead of using traditional bottled mixes, we started with fresh produce and created a bright, refreshing blend featuring:
Fresh-pressed pineapple
Fresh-squeezed lime
Fresh carrots
Fresh tangerines
Organic coconut cream
The pineapple and tangerines brought a natural tropical sweetness, while the carrots gave our mocktail its beautiful orange Halloween color. Fresh lime added a refreshing citrus kick, and organic coconut cream brought everything together with that familiar creamy piña colada finish.
The result? A fun, vibrant, non-alcoholic tropical treat made with real ingredients!
No artificial orange coloring needed.
Bringing Fresh-Pressed Mocktails to Huntington Beach
One of our favorite things about participating in Surf City Nights is getting to introduce people to what we do at BUBBLES Mobile Bar.
We specialize in handcrafted cocktails and non-alcoholic mocktails made with fresh-pressed juices, house-made syrups, seasonal produce, and thoughtfully selected ingredients.
All of our juices and specialty ingredients are prepared in our certified commercial kitchen in Costa Mesa, California.
While BUBBLES is known for providing luxury mobile bar catering for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and special celebrations throughout Orange County, Surf City Nights gives us the opportunity to connect with our local community in a more casual setting.
It's always fun seeing people's reactions when they try something a little different, especially when we tell them what's actually inside their drink!
