We recently had the pleasure of providing our fresh-pressed cocktail and mocktail catering for a beautiful wedding celebration at a private residence in Orange, California. While Southern California is known for its sunshine, Mother Nature had other plans for us that day!
Our original plan was to set up our mobile bar outdoors, but with the rain coming down, we had to make a few last-minute adjustments.
Thankfully, with a little flexibility, great communication with our clients, and a positive attitude, we were able to move everything indoors and create a beautiful beverage experience for their guests.
And honestly, that's all part of the fun of event catering!
When Wedding Plans Change, We Adapt
Planning an outdoor wedding in Orange County usually means beautiful weather, but even the most thoughtfully planned celebrations can come with a few surprises.
As a mobile bar catering company, we understand how important it is to be flexible when unexpected situations arise.
Our team arrived ready to set up outside, rain ponchos and all! Once we realized the weather wasn't going to cooperate, we worked with our clients to find a new location for the bar inside their home.
It took a little rearranging, some teamwork, and a change of plans, but everything came together beautifully.
At the end of the day, our priority is always the same: making sure our clients can enjoy their celebration while we take care of the beverage experience.

For this wedding celebration, we created a custom beverage menu inspired by the couple's vision, featuring fresh ingredients, tropical flavors, and beautiful presentation.

The Perfect Pear
A refreshing combination of fresh-pressed pear, fresh mango, and agave, creating a bright, tropical twist on a classic pear-inspired beverage.
Lychee'd Up
A vibrant blend of crushed raspberries, blueberries, Madagascar vanilla, fresh-pressed juice, and house-made lychee foam.
Both drinks were thoughtfully crafted to complement the celebration, with beautiful garnishes and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Our beverage station featured colorful handcrafted drinks, elegant white roses, and a personalized cocktail menu.
What started as an unexpected change of plans turned into a beautiful indoor bar setup!
